PMU Eyebrow Aftercare Instructions
First 24 Hours

Keep the area clean and dry. Gently blot your brows every few hours with a cotton pad to remove any lymph (clear fluid).

Do not get the brows wet — avoid steam, sweating, and makeup around the area.
Days 2–10

Wash your brows gently morning and evening using lukewarm water. Pat dry with a clean cotton pad, do not rub. When you notice that your brows are starting to become dry, stop with the cleaning and let them dry heal.

Avoid:
-
Touching, scratching, or picking at scabs or flakes.
-
Swimming, saunas, tanning, and heavy workouts.
-
Makeup, creams, or oils on the treated area.
-
Healing Process
-
The colour will appear darker at first and then lighten as it heals.
-
Some flaking or mild scabbing is normal let it come off naturally and no not pick.
-
Final colour and shape will settle in about 4–6 weeks
Long-Term Care

Always use SPF on your brows once healed to prevent fading.
-
Avoid exfoliating treatments (chemical peels, retinol, microdermabrasion) on the area.
-
A touch-up session is usually required 6–8 weeks after your first treatment for best results.
Lip Blush Aftercare Instructions
First 24 Hours

Blot gently every hour with a clean cotton pad to remove any lymph (clear fluid). This helps prevent heavy scabbing.

Keep your lips clean and dry. Avoid food or drinks that could stain (coffee, wine, curry, etc.).

Do not lick or touch your lips unnecessarily.
Days 2–7

Apply a thin layer of healing balm 3–5 times per day using clean hands or a cotton swab.

Avoid:

Hot, spicy, or salty foods that can irritate the area.
-
Direct water pressure or soaking in water (no swimming, saunas, or steam).
-
Makeup or lipstick until the area is fully healed.
-

Do not pick or rub any flakes or dry skin, allow them to come off naturally.
Healing Process

Lips will appear brighter and bolder at first, then fade and soften as they heal.
-
Mild flaking or peeling is normal around days 3–5.
-
The final healed colour will show in about 4–6 weeks.
Long-Term Care

Keep lips moisturised daily to maintain colour vibrancy.

Avoid harsh exfoliants and acids on or around the lips.
-
Always apply SPF lip balm to prevent fading from the sun.

A touch-up session is recommended 6–8 weeks after the initial treatment to perfect colour and shape.
Dermal Filler Aftercare Instructions
First 24 Hours

Keep the area clean and avoid touching or applying pressure to the treated areas.

Do not apply makeup for at least 24 hours.
-
Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and strenuous exercise to minimise swelling and bruising.

Apply a cool compress (wrapped in a clean cloth) for short intervals to reduce swelling or discomfort, avoid direct ice contact.
Days 2–7

Mild swelling, redness, or tenderness is normal and should subside within a few days.

You may gently cleanse and moisturise your face as usual, but avoid massaging the treated area unless instructed by your practitioner.

Avoid:

Heat exposure (saunas, hot showers, sunbeds).

Dental work or facial treatments.
-
Sleeping face-down, try to sleep on your back with your head elevated.

Healing Process

Bruising and swelling can take up to 3 weeks to fully settle.

The filler will soften and integrate naturally into your tissue during this time.

If you notice any severe pain, blanching (white patches), or unusual lumps, contact your practitioner immediately.
Long-Term Care

Stay hydrated — fillers last longer in well-hydrated skin.

Protect your skin from sun exposure with SPF daily.
-
Avoid excessive heat or massage treatments in the first few weeks.

A review or top-up may be recommended 4-6 weeks after your appointment for best results.
